• NO exchanged or refund after purchased.
• NO last minute back outs or cancellation after reservation.
• Please complete your order detail as required in an order form provided.
• We will confirm your order within 48 hours upon receiving your orders.
2) PAYMENT METHODS
• We need the FULL PAYMENT to be made upon your order confirmation
• At the moment we accept payment using either via :
o online banking/bank transfer to our Maybank accounts
o cash in hand (self collect)
• Kindly deposit your payment (online banking/bank deposit) into the following account:
• Proof of payment is COMPULSORY; do provide us your payment details as soon as possible to avoid any possible conflict.
5) PACKAGING & POSTAGE
• We will not be responsible for any lost or damage of items during delivery. However we give special care in packaging your order to ensure it reaches you in good condition.
• Your order will be posted out after full payment received
• We always use Pos Laju Malaysia.
